Charging Philosophy

Within the universe everything is in perfect balance. When something goes out of balance the universe bends its will to recreate balance again. Ayurveda works in a similar way, endeavouring to bring balance where an imbalance has occurred. Traditionally an Ayurvedic practitioner was a part of the community, where the practitioner worked with the members of the community to pass on the wisdom of the Vedas and bring balance to the communities through health and well-being. In return the community look after the practitioner needs, thereby ensuring there was an honouring and balance for the practitioners work in the community. The universal balance was kept in harmony.

Today these communities are not so easily identified and the traditional system does not work so well. People usually prefer to keep the universal balance through an exchange of money. For this reason the charges below have been outlined, so it is clear for those who wish to work in this way. However the old ways are still an option for those who prefer to exchange something else for the services provided.
